Issues surrounding Potential Class Action Lawsuit on Behalf of Targeted Citizens (For 3/8/19 panel discussion with Ramola D):
1) Notes from March 8, 2019 Panel Discussion: Ramola D., Dr. Eric Karlstrom, Dr. Millicent Black, Karen Stewart
Ideas that came out of discussion:
1) We can and should be aware of specific legal cases that apply.
2) We can and should keep an eye on what Congress is doing and insert our issue into Congressional hearings when possible.
3) We should look into “common law” and grand juries. And perhaps try to get many of these going in order to see what might break into the civil law system (which is now thoroughly corrupted.)
4) We should try to standardize methods for TIs to record and report crimes being perpetrated against them, including:
a) keeping a journal, with photos that are labeled
b) keeping a record of medical issues with medical documentation
c) keeping a record of cyber-related hacking and problems
d) get a meter to record frequencies that are being directed towards you.
e) Try to get scanned to learn if you have implants and or nano-tech that is detectable.

Introduction: It is a pleasure to welcome this blue ribbon panel of activist-researchers- all of whom, happen to be targeted citizens (TCs) – to try to pool our insights on a matter of utmost concern to all of us. Since I suggested this group discussion, and Ramola kindly agreed to hostess it, I’d like to suggest that we do kind of a round robin discussion in which each of us expresses our ideas and concerns, limiting our remarks to 5 minutes or less each time we speak. And that we not interrupt each other. The grownups are here now. I’ll keep my eye on my watch to observe the time limits. Perhaps the order can be determined alphabetically by first name: Eric, Jack, Karen, Millicent, Ramola. I volunteer to take notes on what is said, as a possible basis for future discussions. Of course, we hope to get additional constructive ideas from other TCs.
Eric: Since retiring in 2011 from a 30-year teaching career as a geography professor at three universities, I have maintained 4 educational websites as a public service. Our question and challenge as TCs is this: What are the best legal strategies by which we, the TCs and citizens of the US and the world, can reclaim the sovereignties of our lives, our nations, our civilization, and our futures, using our already existing legal framework? We TI’s are now fighting for our lives, and the lives of our families, nations, and civilization. We have been involuntarily enrolled in a soft-kill, silent-kill, slow-kill, no-touch torture, and non-consensual human experimentee program. We do not have time on our side. But we have the truth and the laws of God and man and the moral high ground.

5. Obvious Questions:
A) What should TCs be doing to prepare to join class action lawsuit- FOIA request?, document daily occurreces with video recorders, cameras, etc., keep a journal, etc.
B) Should we ask for TIs to form committees to do the background research into past legal action attempts- what has worked and what hasn’t worked.
Ex. Akwei v. NSA, Vietnam Veterans Vs. the CIA, Canadian MKULTRA victims v. the Canadian Government and CIA, etc.
C) Should we establish committees to identify which laws are most likely to allow us to win?
D) Should we individually or as a group hire a lawyer, a legal team, a private investigator?
E) Are there some government agencies or public interest groups that we can safely contact for help? I suggest we need a coalition of human rights advocacy groups. And look for lawyers there.
F) Should we try to identify deceased victims of these programs and contact their families?
G) How can we best reach out to other victims to help them and to determine if they wish to join a class action lawsuit?
Should this group include: All past and present non-consensual test subjects of US government/military/university programs, MKULTRA victims, COINTELPRO victims, victims who testified at Obama Bioethics panel? How about the victims of state-sponsored weather terrorism: Hurricanes Harvey, Katrina, Sandy, etc.?
H) Should we push for financial compensation for victims? How much money should be demanded?

right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of
the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same;

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the
premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free
exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured –
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than
ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in
violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an
attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit
aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined
under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life,
or both, or may be sentenced to death.
Suggested letter to FBI:
Start with: “Dear Sir.
I believe that I am the victim of an ongoing conspiracy to deny me my civil, constitutional and legal rights, especially the right to enjoy my property, exercise my freedom of speech, carry on my normal lawful trade(s), contrary to USC 18 section 241, which falls within the jurisdiction of the FBI. I have become aware of an increasing number of (sometimes intentionally bizarre) activities intended to deny me my civil, constitutional and legal rights over the course of the past twenty years.
Initially, I could not see what it was all in aid of, but a pattern gradually emerged but I wasn’t aware of the offender’s objectives for some time, and neither was I aware of which law enforcement body was responsible for helping me, nor under what law it would be best to work.
I now wish to make a complaint that I am the victim of a conspiracy to deny me my various rights, as described under USC18 section 241, and here are the basic facts and what supporting evidence I can gather.
I am copying in the FBI’s national headquarters as an insurance against loss or mishandling of this letter, but I expect this matter to be investigated by my local field office in the first instance, as it properly should.
Then a description of the harassment in chronological order, with references to any attached evidence. If at all possible, every piece of which must be duplicated in the copy sent to the FBI’s national headquarters.
Post the letters on the same day, but preferably not in the same town and certainly not in the same post office.
It isn’t your job to convict the criminals: it’s the FBI’s job to protect your rights as a citizen.
Emphasize any harassment intended to make it difficult for you to practice your normal trade or employment, anything which stops you expressing your views via the local press, and anything which stops you attending a place of worship. If you were in Texas, the Rangers should in theory protect your right to earn your living, but in all states the FBI have a mandate to protect trade as well as civil rights etc.
You also have a right to enjoy your own property, so anything which interferes with that. Perhaps, after a general precis, you do headings saying how the criminals interfere with each category of your rights.

Whoever—
(1) travels in interstate or foreign commerce or is present within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, or enters or leaves Indian country, with the intent to kill, injure, harass, intimidate, or place under surveillance with intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate another person, and in the course of, or as a result of, such travel or presence engages in conduct that—
(A) places that person in reasonable fear of the death of, or serious bodily injury to—
(i) that person;
(ii) an immediate family member (as defined in section 115) of that person; or
(iii) a spouse or intimate partner of that person; or
(B) causes, attempts to cause, or would be reasonably expected to cause substantial emotional distress to a person described in clause (i), (ii), or (iii) of subparagraph (A); or
(2) with the intent to kill, injure, harass, intimidate, or place under surveillance with intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate another person, uses the mail, any interactive computer service or electronic communication service or electronic communication system of interstate commerce, or any other facility of interstate or foreign commerce to engage in a course of conduct that—
(A) places that person in reasonable fear of the death of or serious bodily injury to a person described in
clause (i), (ii), or (iii) of paragraph (1)(A); or
(B) causes, attempts to cause, or would be reasonably expected to cause substantial emotional distress to a person described in clause (i), (ii), or (iii) of paragraph (1)(A), shall be punished as provided in section 2261(b) of this title.

Great discussion! Thank you all. What I’m outraged at is jails are withholding psychiatric drugs from inmates upon release back into society forcing them into full-blown SSRI cold-turkey withdrawals knowing full well their withdrawal symptoms can, more often induce: irritability, aggression, rage, violence, & homicidality. It happens to far too many, it happened to me (I just wrote a book about it), and now my son who the jail withheld his SSrI medication upon his release is now facing a 1st Offense attempted murder charge. It’s a nice way to set them up to fail so our for-profit prison systems can flourish. I’m not only heartbroken, I’m pissed as hell.

Karen, perhaps Pam Bondi needs to be informed she is in fact the TOP COP of the state of Florida. She may not see herself as law enforcement, but Attorneys General are often seen as the Top Cop. The A.G. of the US DOJ is also referred to as the Top Cop of the US! Alberto Gonzales was referred to as the Top Cop and other Attorneys General as well!

This is Chris H. my synthetic telepathy told me who they were years ago, it was the DOJ C.O.P.S. program started by Bill Clinton and Joe Biden in 1994. They told me to turn myself into the Santa Cruz County Sheriff, so i went to the DOJ website and found Santa Cruz listed as the first city to be added to the COPS program. People have told me to not listen or talk to or take note of what my handlers are saying, but i did and i figured it out. They most likely use a contractor to run the program and my telepathy sounds very Law and Order in tone. I am now getting synthetic dreams which are not my own. Yes lets use the law to fight back against these lawless folks who think they control us, humans do not work that way and will always win. DOJ site now mentions they are focusing on mental illness, so be warned, they are going to label us and HHS just got 10 billion for opioids 7 billion of which is going to be used for mental hospitals with 16 beds or more to lock folks up. There’s a TI on Twitter called “Lamotte Wisdom Core” whose entire church is joining with him in his fight against stalking. I believe his congregation and the church’s attorneys held a meeting recently, to which they invited interested community members. I think his point in sharing this was to recommend trying to get a group of trustworthy people around you to fight it along with you. I know this will be a huge challenge, if not an impossibility, for most of us. But maybe some TIs could make this happen.

This was excellent, thanks to you all! The time limit was an interesting experiment, seems to work well. I’d be okay with 10 minutes though, as some thoughts were cut off and I wanted to hear the rest (as you indicated midway, Ramola). If I may say, this was a big improvement over the 45 minute monologues on so many channels/videos, which definitely needed curtailing, thank you. As to content- outstanding. Very helpful.

I am a ti and it started in 2014 for me with me being unaware until 2016 when i went to the Philippines.
One of the red flags that I have is in 2014 after my Filipino friend talk to my wife and her mother said he didn’t trust my wife and her mother and was going to ask his cousin Michael if anything should go wrong if I could stay at his place case of an emergency.
No more in a week or two after that I heard the electronic surveillance of the static. I said oh government surveillance and soon as I said it it disappeared.
Thinking bad now there was some red flags that I didn’t notice prior to my tripped in 2014, but I will keep this short.
After I got to the Philippines my wife and her family started showing hints of being targeted. That was after she said to me when you go back to the United States I’m going to go with you. I am not aware if the agent brainwashed her prayer before I met her or if my Filipino friend talk to her about getting to the United States through there friends that work for the government.

All the people involved with my situations all participated in the street theatre and actively worked with the mental health care and medical establishments, along with law enforcement. The reason they illegally held me in jail was to, have me abandon my housing and all my possessions. I actually was the target, while a small battillion trained. (a reenactment of Ruby Ridge) that’s when they literally blew all my teeth out with direct energy weapons. I do not believe they ever will blow my mind.

Whenever I start collecting evidence (taking pictures/video) I get hit even harder with EH and stalking. Some of my evidence has been erased from my phone by whoever has broken into it. I know they are using my phone to spy on me and possibly to be a conduit for the EH.

The same stuff on drones. Understand? But for people. Also google China’s surveillance & tracking system for their citizens, same thing. 3) the Biometric Surveillance, Tracking, Targeting is run in Real Time – live – called autonomous computing. Has operators running & maintaining program but mainly computer doing it all. 4) Biometrics & that software for People – is global. 5) called Asymmetrical warfare in all countries – Armed Forces work coordinated with States & Locals as Civil Response “teams”. 5) They lie, hide & deny because it’s not legal – anywhere really. Treason in the USA. 6) that torture with Military weapons as well as other stuff – are crimes. Whose doing it doesn’t matter in regards to that fact. 7) computerized weapons systems & teams that extend to locals – means hard drives & mobile communications have evidence even if only their access to someone else’s systems. 8) biggest obstacle – corruption. Been going on a long time. A lot of people hurt by it. People know. Corruption runs deep.
