Dr. James Giordano: The Brain is the 21st Century Battlescape
We have to expand our definition of WMD…. now we have WMD squared. Now we have Weapons of Mass Destruction and Disruption….. Disruption and influencing are essential ingredients in our asymmetrical relations and engagements (i.e., asymmetrical warfare).
There are over 200 neuroscience programs in universities in the US today. It is a global endeavor.
I may be able to access and affect your brain- indirectly and directly.
2014: NAS-NRC report says NeuroScience & Technology are valid and in operational use for national security and defense (warfare intelligence).
The three A’s of Neuroscience:
1) Assess the Brain- using various forms of neuro-imaging,
2) Access the Brain
3) Affect the Brain
This is applied science to influence attitudes, beliefs, thoughts, emotions, thoughts, activities of people. To enhance our friends and maximize their performance and to disable, disrupt, cripple and kill our enemies.
Biomarkers and information: Big data is used to classify people via brain structure and function, physiology, demographics, biological, social.
I can intervene and use narratives, iconographies to influence your behavior etc. “I” can use directed energy to affect physiology and health of the brain….
In recent incidents: US Embassy personnel in Havana and possibly in China (I am one of the researchers on that project)- This seems to be some form of directed energy and the pattern of insult and injury to those individuals strongly suggests it was intentional and directed engagement and that this represents a beta test, a possible probe, of a directed energy neuro-weapon. A number of countries have developed these capabilities, the US included.
(ETK comment: Just as “TIs” are also “beta tests” for directed energy neuro-weapons).
Drugs can be exceedingly specific and be used in terms to individualize weaponology of precision pathology. We can use transcranial neural modulation… going through the skull. to modulate the activity of the brain. We can implant certain brain-machine interfaces (from DARPA programs, such as the N3 program, “Non-invasive neuro-surgical, neuro-modulation program”) run by Dr. Al Monday.
Use minimal sized electrodes in a network within the brain. To be able to read and write into the brain function in real time, remotely.
We use drugs, bugs, toxins, and more and more, devices.
We can use these elements as weapons:
We can militate their behaviors and thoughts or we can mitigate or nullify their capability and will to fight.
We find agents that will either change individuals’ thoughts, behaviors or incur their morbidity or mortality.
We can distinguish:
A) Soft weapons
B) Hard weapons

You will not be allowed to use wirelessly enabled brain weapons to play God with our lives for much longer because humanity is about to disassemble and ban all wireless enabling capabilities and your weapons will then be impotent. People posting below have to understand that other countries are already doing this, and other countries are already attacking our country, and our citizens. They have to develop these technologies to develop counter measures. That being said to experiment on people with these weapons is illegal and I am a victim of illegal experimentation. It is unrealistic to think that this science would be used ethically. The power structure cabal will use it to maintain power and call it security, to hide their unethical actions.
Taking this up for discussion and transferring the responsibility to the audience, will not wash the hands of the inventors. I am very sceptical that it will be used for any good. Free will of the conscience is basic freedom to choose your opinions within the commandments of God, not man.

When listening to this INSANITY, remember its not James Giordano that developed this technology. He is talking to cadets at Westpoint. He is instructing future soldiers about what war look like now. This is how they induce the students. Its not uncommon for material to be presented in this fashion to military. From a psychological point of view, he is excellent at what he does. That does not mean he is not a dangerous man. What you all should worry about is not this one man, rather the entire infrastructure that is in place that took hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people to build. There are researchers, untold amounts of scientists, doctors, professors, politicians, citizens, ect. behind all of this. He is not presenting a “possible future scenario”, he is telling them what is already established and what to expect. He is just the messenger.
