2) 60’s rock stars who are spies (From Mind Control: History and Applications)
“According to McGowan, Laurel Canyon, a small, picturesque suburb of Los Angeles, California, was the birthplace of the hippie movement. It was home to a surprising number of famous rock bands in the middle 1960’s through the 1970’s. These included the Byrds, the Beach Boys, the Doors, Buffalo Springfield, the Monkees, Mamas and the Papas, Love, The Mothers of Invention, The Eagles, Crosby, Stills and Nash, The Turtles, and many others. Of course, it was also home to the new rock superstars who comprised those bands. McGowan documents that nearly all these musicians were/are sons and daughters of career military-intelligence officers. And a very large percentage of these superstars were from the Washington, D.C. area.
Here are some interesting connections: The father of Jim Morrison (lead singer of The Doors), for example, was U.S. Navy Admiral George Stephen Morrison, head of the Pacific Fleet during the Gulf of Tonkin incident. This non-incident never actually occurred, but nonetheless was used to justify America’s full-scale war on Vietnam). Frank Zappa (The Mothers of Invention) was son of a military career chemist who worked at the top secret Edgewood Arsenal chemical warfare laboratory. Frank grew up on the Edgewood Arsenal Military base. Zappa’s manager, Herb Cohen, was a former U.S. Marine who was in the Congo when the CIA tortured and killed Prime Minister Patrice Lumumba. John Phillips’ (Mamas and the Papas) entire family was military. John was educated on military bases and at military academies and just happened to be in Cuba during the Cuban Revolution. Steven Stills told many stories of having served in Vietnam in the early 60’s. McGowan speculates he must have been in CIA/Special Forces. David Crosby’s (the Byrds, Crosby, Stills and Nash) father served in military intelligence during WW II and his family tree includes many US Senators, Supreme Court justices, high-ranking Masons, and even two founding fathers, Alexander Hamilton and John Jay. Jackson Browne’s father served in the OSS (precursor to the CIA) during WWII, etc. and Jackson grew up on a military base in Heidelberg, Germany. Jimi Hendrix himself served in an elite 101st Airborne Army Battalion. This is a very small sampling of the familial connections that McGowan makes.
Curiously, some of the musicians, such as Jim Morrison, had no musical experience whatsoever before they were catapulted onto the national stage.
Another mainstay in the LC scene at that time was a group of actors, known as the “Young Turks.” Again, most of these screen stars also had fathers who worked in military/intelligence. McGowan summarizes:
“…. The nucleus of the 1960’s clique known as the Young Turks (and Turkettes) was composed of the following individuals; the son of a Bonesman; the son of an OSS officer; the son of a Naval intelligence officer; the daughter of that same Naval intelligence officer; the daughter of an Army intelligence officer; the daughter of a guy who openly associated with prominent gangsters throughout his life; the son of a probable spychologist; and a guy whose early years are so shrouded in mystery that he may or may not exist.”
It gets darker: An inordinately high number of these famous musicians and actors died at very young ages; Jim Morrison at 27, Mama Cass Elliot at 32, Jimi Hendrix at 27, Graham Parsons at 26, Janis Joplin at 27, Phil Ochs at 35; Tim Buckley at 28, James Dean at 24, Nick Adams at 36, Natalie Wood at 43, and Sal Mineo at 37, etc., etc. etc. There are many more examples. Most of these premature deaths were under suspicious circumstances; many were ruled suicides or drug overdoses. It seems many of these individuals were born between 1942 and 1951, and hence would have been children between the ages of 0 and 6 during the early mind control programs BLUEBIRD, ARTICHOKE, MKULTRA, etc. immediately following WWII……
The case of Phil Ochs seems especially revealing. According to McGowan:
“Phil Ochs, folk singer/songwriter and political activist, was found hanged in his sister’s house in Far Rockaway, New York on April 9, 1976. Throughout his life, Ochs was one of the most overtly political of the 1960’s rock and folk music stars. A regular attendee at anti-war, civil rights, and labor rallies, Ochs appeared to be, at all times, an unwavering political leftist. In early 1975, Phil Ochs’ public persona abruptly changed. Using the name John Butler Train, Ochs proclaimed himself a CIA operative and presented himself as a belligerent, right-wing thug… Also, in those final months of his life, Ochs began compiling curious lists, with entries that clearly were references to US biological warfare research: “shellfish toxin, Fort Dietrich, cobra venom, Chantilly Race Track, hollow silver dollars, New York Cornell Hospital…”
I can think of several possible explanations for the extremely high percentage of youthful deaths amongst these stars. Coincidence is not one of them. McGowan offers this possible explanation:
“Many years before Ochs’ metamorphosis, in an interesting bit of foreshadowing, psychological warfare operative George Estabrooks explained how US intelligence agencies could create the perfect spy:
“We start with an excellent subject…. we need a man or woman who is highly intelligent and physically tough. Then we start to develop a case of multiple personality through hypnotism. In his normal waking state, which we will call Personality A, or PA, this individual will become a rabid communist. He will join the party, follow the party line and make himself as objectionable as possible to the authorities. Note that he will be acting in good faith. Then we develop Personality B, or PB, the secondary personality, the unconscious personality, if you wish. This personality is rabidly American and anti-communist.”
Estabrooks never explained what would happen if the programming were to go haywire and Personality B were to become the conscious personality, but my guess is that such a person would be considered a severe liability and would be treated accordingly. They might even find themselves swinging from the end of a rope. Phil Ochs was 35 at the time of his death.”
So McGowan poses some questions:
“What if the musicians themselves (and various other leaders and founders of the “movement”) were every bit as much a part of the intelligence community as the people who were supposedly harassing them? What if, in other words, the entire youth culture of the 1960’s was created not as a grass-roots challenge to the status quo, but as a cynical exercise in discrediting and marginalizing the budding anti-war movement and creating a fake opposition that could be easily controlled and led astray?
There is considerably more strangeness in LC: In the middle of Laurel Canyon, there was a top-secret, classified, and hidden military facility known as Lookout Mountain Laboratory. This facility was the only complete, self-sufficient film laboratory in the country at that time. It was better equipped than any Hollywood studio and, over its lifetime, produced 19,000 classified motion pictures- more than all the Hollywood studios combined. This facility processed all the films of the atomic tests in Nevada and is also thought to have processed the Apollo Moon landing movies. Some of the biggest Hollywood stars, including John Wayne, Ronald Reagan, Walt Disney, Bing Crosby, John Ford, Marilyn Monroe, and Jimmy Stewart, worked there covertly and never spoke about their work at the clandestine studio. Also working at the facility were some 250 civilian and military personnel, all with top security clearances.”
McGowan observes:
“So what, if anything, have we learned today?…. We have learned that spooks posing as entertainers have been part of the canyon scene since the earliest days.
And we have learned that spooks who didn’t even bother to pose as entertainers were streaming into the canyon to report to work at Lookout Mountain Laboratory for at least twenty years before the first rock star set foot there.”
McGowan reveals other unexpected aspects of LC: A male prostitution ring operated there whose high-level clients included public figures such as J. Edgar Hoover. Also, the RAND Corporation think tank, a spin-off of the Tavistock Institute, had its origins in Laurel Canyon. Some of RAND’s more famous attendees included Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz, Zlmay Khaliilzad, and Andrew Marshall (who promoted the high-tech “Revolution in Military Affairs” in Donald Rumsfeld’s Defense Department and was dubbed the Pentagon’s “Yoda”). These are the core of the so-called “neo-conservatives,” a group of Zionist war-mongers who guided the George W. Bush administration and gave us our nation 911 and the wars in Iraq (2003-present) and Afghanistan (2001-present) among other policy initiatives.
McGowan states:
“Now we know that, in addition to hosting both a secret military/intelligence facility and a call boy/kiddy porn operation servicing prominent public figures, Laurel Canyon was also the birthplace and meeting place of what we now know as the “neocon/PNAC crowd, as well as home base of the guiding light of the Rand Corporation.”

II. Advice to TIs From a Wisconsin TI:
I want all of you to know once and for all – “targeted individuals” have been placed on a threat list. This is a for-profit program. Period. There are people in the “TI” community who are put into your life to make you do and say certain things to keep the “contract” you have been placed on in your City/State/Country renewed year after year after year. These people correspond with you and have conversations with you – become your friend and confidante – to keep you using specific verbage, and researching and speaking about specific topics.
These people provide continual updated reports on you to your State DHS stating things like, “He/she is showing CONTINUED signs of ‘malcontent’ always speaking against law enforcement, etc.”
“He/She is showing continued signs of delusion, speaking continually that people are watching her and following her. Using the terms ‘such and such’, speaking of the ‘such and such’.”
Even your own family will write weekly reports on your verbage and how you are explaining your assaults. This is keeping you on a threat list.
Signing Affidavits using personal information is keeping you on a threat list.
This is why I say NEVER use your own story or your own words. Only use their own words, news stories, research.
IN MY OPINION, the Targeted Justice lawsuit should be against each “TI’s” State Homeland Security Office. Just like the people in the following “Pennsylvania Home Security Private No-Bid Contact”, you should be sending FOIA requests to get the ITRR bulletins in your City and State. Find who has taken contracts in your City and State for “threats”. This is what Targeted Justice should be doing.
Muckrock.com should be used extensively to get information in each TI’s city and state. Massive Muckrock FOIA’s can be sent out enmass – covering Cities and States across the Country in one request, at one time – requesting this information enmass in ONE SINGLE REQUEST. MUCKROCK WILL WORK WITH TARGETED JUSTICE TO GET THIS DONE. A true TI will want this done. Those contesting this type of mass data collection are not targeted individuals.
Stalking, provocation, every little thing that is done to get you upset, is done to get you to talk, act out. Just like my neighbor said to me, “There is an open file on you at the police department, and we are watching everything you do and say.” Everything we do that is not “normal” in these delusional paid snitches’ minds is put into a report. This is their livelihood. Everything that is put into an email or said on the phone or conference call can be used against you and put into an event report. And these people are liars. They will twist each and everything we do and say into something absolutely false, because their paycheck relies on it.
Targeted Justice, in my opinion, this is how a lawsuit should be done. Just like these groups in Pennsylvania who were used for profit, the “TI” community is the same. Targeted Justice should be working as the ACLU, collecting information on terror bulletins in each and every city and state that each and every “TI” claims to live. This is mass fraud.
Right To Know laws are in place. We have a right to know.

To gather information and intelligence, Pennsylvania’s Homeland Security awarded a no-bid private contract to The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response (ITRR).

ITRR additionally founded the Targeted Actionable Monitoring Center in order to provide reliable and actionable intelligence concerning possible threats throughout the world.

Former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell was horrified that there was a one-year contract between the State Office of Homeland Security and the Institute of Terrorism Research & Response because of wrongful and improper reports being disseminated about environmental groups, tax protesters, people at gay and lesbian rallies and even supporters of more funding for education. He stated, “I am appalled that this contract was entered into without my knowledge,” he said. “I am appalled that information was disseminated about groups that were exercising their constitutional right to free speech and to protest. They shouldn’t be on any list [of possible security threats]. This is extraordinarily embarrassing. Were these people terrorists? Of course not,” he said. I disagreed with them about a moratorium, but they were just exercising their constitutional rights to free speech. I was surrounded by a group of them for 35 minutes and I never felt threatened even for a millisecond.”

I’m reading an article here entitled:
“Citizens on Patrol: Community Policing and the Territorialization of Public Space in Seattle, Washington,” 2006, University of Kentucky, Marcia Ray England

“This dissertation shows how organizations, including local government and police, and residents within the East Precinct define and police the contours of community, neighborhoods and public space. Under the rubric of public safety, these players create territorial geographies that seek to include only those who fit the narrowly conceived idea of a “neighbor.” Territoriality is exercised against the social Other in an attempt to build a cohesive community while at the same time excluding those who are seen as different or as non-conformant to acceptable behaviors in the neighborhood.
Then: p. 105: “The process of community-oriented policing involves using neighbors and excluding those not construed as such…. Exclusion may take the form of social sanctions.”
To enforce social sanctions they use the SARA Model (Scanning, Analysis, Response, Assessment): which is a systematic approach to community policing. This requires that you, the Targeted Individual, have to be observed and harassed 24/7. “In order for these movements to operate efficiently they have to be done covertly.” (They have to use people to persistently monitor you. So it’s non-stop.)
This report is consistent with all material I’ve read from Citizens on Patrol, Citizen Corps policies, which also involve spitting on people, harassing people. I see these as domestic terrorist groups. And I can’t understand why our security agencies haven’t removed them from our streets. I guess maybe everyone’s getting paid.
So now, instead of having a problem with radicals and extremists, we are….
These activities are done through:
Local police, Fire Departments, EMS, Citizens Corps
The amount of volunteers for these groups is unreal. This is a middle class activity. A lot of secret societies are involved in this.

14) Health and Human Services

So what has happened is that this movement is done so that every aspect of the TIs life is touched. Infragard and all these private security organizations have connections with all the Fortune 500 companies.
This movement is based on causing people to become socially isolated and marginalized.
They are using NLP techniques (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). They use psychological warfare techniques. Sometimes it’s being done as research, but most of the time it’s just being done to make you, the TI, sick. That’s why we’ve seen so many videos of targeted individuals looking sick. They’ve been harassed and sensitized.
If you don’t know what color harassment and sensitization techniques are, I suggest you talk to someone in the US Army or Citizen Corps.
So what we are doing is we are targeting people. There’s a lot of targeted case management. These programs lead to people feeling bad about themselves. They don’t feel welcome in the community. They are harassed, so no matter how much they try they will not be welcome in America.
So I encourage people to leave the country. There are a lot of people who are disenfranchised. Veterans, black men, poor white men.
To make up for all this disenfranchisement, we have paraded these Agenda 21 programs. A lot of time the people being recruited into these programs have not been deputized. Your police are sharing your coordinates, your location from information they get from your cell phones. And you’re being harassed. And you are wondering, how are these people finding me?
Your cell phone. This explains why I have stacks of police reports in every state stating that I’m being harassed and followed. And that I and my harassers, the cars following me, are being seen from the FBI office (Joint Terrorism Task Force-Fusion Centers).
The Department of Justice supports these programs. They support these programs, knowing without a shadow of a doubt that they lead to mass shootings and to social isolation, which we know leads to mental illness.
When you see black men standing on the corner talking to themselves, that’s because of have been socially isolated. This is mostly because of social and economic factors that have caused these men to become marginalized and mentally ill. We are seeing this with our veterans, and with men in the UK, and all over the world , especially in Japan and China. The amount of men that are suffering is unreal.
Maybe we need to start loving people.
A lot of these groups are racist, they have beliefs in dominion theology. You have so many different groups.
The reason that people are being identified as problems is because of these programs which are encouraging “information sharing.” It’s gotten to the point where, here in Austin, Texas, we have “Citizen’s Lead Policing,” where normal citizens, non-deputized citizens, can do the work of law enforcement.
So when we look these groups online at their websites, we see that our mayor, our commissioners, our town manager, all these people are all stakeholders in these “Community Engagement Groups.”
When we look online we see DHS.gov/community engagement. So we see that all of this is tied and is being coordinated through Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice.
And we see that Citizens Corps, Fire, EMS, Neighborhood Watch Groups, Volunteers and Police Service.
So what has happened is that instead of promoting American values, we’ve created a prison for America which revolves around using Stasi-type techniques and creating a prison-like atmosphere. We are in prisons people. We are not free. I can’t just go for a walk without being harassed. That means I’m in a prison.
Now I have neighbors across the street, down the road. When I first moved here no one knew. So I started having house break-ins that matched what I experienced when I was in New Mexico, with the red laser points sticking out my blinds and then seeing the locksmiths run up to my place.
That means we have businesses that our government can use or these rogue agencies can use to break into people’s houses, bug their house, and place them under surveillance and harass them, because maybe they’re a whistleblower.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming: Theory and Observations
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a conditioning technique that has been known to induce quick and massive change. Personal growth instructors use it create peak emotional states and anchor them to objects, movements, colors, and sounds.
These stimuli serves as triggers to incite the emotion. This is accomplished by creating a top emotional state, then doing something repeatedly that anchors the action to the emotion. Anchors can be set in a single instance with the right timing and strong enough emotion.
Those directing this global campaign, instruct their civilian war fighters via the gig to anchor fear and anxiety to common stimuli that surround the TI. While there may be debate regarding the practicality of such a tactic, it is the intention to inflict psychological trauma that is the focus here.
In the battlespace, NLP is used for the deliberate creation of a phobia that is continually projected onto the TI by many citizens for the purpose of inflicting sustained psychological damage.
The NLP trigger also functions as the tag or uniform. This amplifies what the DOD refers to as “unity of effort.” It makes the citizens a “single fighting force.” Many of us know that military’s rely on the same principle.
So the tag is a unification symbol and a presumed negative trigger. The tag can quickly change. In NLP, the process of transferring an anchor from one trigger to another is called “chaining.” I’ve noticed that chaining nodes have both tags. For instance, if the current uniform is red, that means you are surrounded by red-anchored nodes. Then at one pulse point, the node generates a “fear-potentiated startle” that incites a physiological reaction that got your attention. You notice the person is wearing mostly red, the current uniform, with some black. The intention there is to transfer or chain the current negative trigger to a new one. The color black now is an additional trigger that, in theory, functions as a new uniform and negative trigger.
I refer to the node that made the transfer as a “chaining node.” However, I see tag transfers with no chaining event.
In theory, multiple objects and colors could be displayed by single node. If you take the cell phone, for instance, that is a standard NLP trigger and tag.

What is communitarianism?
Niki Raapana: “From everything I can find about it, it’s a parasite philosophy and a parasite religion. It has absorbed everything that’s already in existence. So communitarianism, to them, is the overall, bigger philosophy, more moral, more ethical, than anything else that has ever existed because it combines every philosophy and religion on the planet. That’s why it’s so hard to explain. It’s permeated every political party. What they say is that they’re balancing the world; it’s all about balance, balance between the individual and the community, as if there needs to be one. That we can not operate separate from our community. Therefore, the community has to have the last say in everything that we do, in how we live, where we live.
It’s a dictatorship. It’s a scam to lure people with nice sounding terms, to do things that will actually destroy where they live. And a lot more people who are actually genuinely working in sustainability, community gardens, all of the things people are doing to try and buy local and produce local. Everyone understands that that’s a healthy place to be when you’re not dependent on other people and other places. There’s been a global movement of people taking back their local resources and control over their local environmental. So what they’ve done is jumped on that. The are environmentalists per se but they have coopted the environmental movement the same way they co-opt everything else they attach themselves to.”

So it seems that all those differences between people are being painted as divisive. And that we need to somehow relativize all those differences, make them not important any more, so that we can give control to the technocrats who say that we have a better way, a better politics. To my mind this whole thing sounds deeply patronizing and controlling.
Raapana: It’s offensive to me. The more I read about what they said about what was wrong with the people… And this is everywhere. Not just America.
What’s interesting is that Etzioni is a Zionist who grew up in a Kubbutz in the British Mandate for Palestine and was a terrorist during the de-inviting of the British and then fought in the Arab wars and then he went on to study Kabbalah and mysticism under Martin Buber. And then he came to the United States to be the guru of the communitarian movement.
