The San Diego Police Department was used to stop me from getting evidence into federal court and tried to set me up and entrap me, but I refused to follow their repeated orders and demands to “turn off your [my] recording device”.
CIA/DIA hiding behind and using law enforcement agencies to do their dirty work for over twenty-one years against me.
Organized Stalkers stole and vandalized computers and other electronic gear containing that Evidence just blocks from the federal court building, just hours before I was to be introduced it as Evidence in a Federal Lawsuit.
Then, after San Diego Police Officers responded to scene of crime, San Diego Police Department pretended like they wanted to help me recover evidence that was stolen and made appointment for me to come down to Police Station where they tried to set me up and have me thrown into a mental institution for claiming what had happened was true.
I also filed a lawsuit against the police but CIA/DIA have been using these brutal attacks and tactics to entrap me for years.
Details of what happened are contained in the lawsuit (see attached) but the audio recording of their attempt was suddenly erased off my device with a portion of recording now missing only to reappear later and I am certain it could have been altered as well.

Did you find out anything from the Court regarding outstanding tickets and license? You have been part of an email chain reg and regarding information that really did not concern a traffic attorney. Sorry. People are scared. I know.
Your name is removed from the email list and you won’t be included again. I don’t blame you, but I should tell you that it won’t matter. The nanotechnology is already in your body and the body of every man woman and child in America. Even every tourist who ever visited America is infected.
It’s too late to stop it, but you need not worry as ,it’s only people like us (scientists, activists, dissidents and WHISTLE BLOWERS) who try to expose them that are the ones Targeted and Destroyed.
My former employer (U.S. DoD) has been using commercial contractors to spray the nanotechnology into the hydrosphere for the last twenty-five years, along storm patterns, across the country, utilizing specially outfitted 747 & 757 Aircraft. (They are still doing it)
That NANOTECHNOLOGY filters down from hydrosphere into the water supply and food chain and now all three-hundred & eighteen million Americans are infected. Government just won’t tell the public yet.
Ask a Toxicologist to run a ‘Nanopatch’ on you and the doctor can show you the nanotechnology in your body. It’s too late.
Very soon many thousands of automated active and adaptive Conscious Supercomputers (Peta-Flops) will begin monitoring the thoughts of everyone who is plugged into the internet (Cloud). It has already begun.
Please let me know about the matter as I have made an appointment with California DMV on June 7 2018 to take the drivers license exam. I can’t walk properly anymore after attacks and need that drivers license to get around. I provided you with the medical records to prove the new disability.
