The United States Government and Military is torturing it’s own citizens with a secret government program know as Monarch. They are taking everyday ordinary aircraft and equipping them with directed energy weapons like the Active Denial System and torturing innocent US Citizens in modern day America. The aircraft are also used as a harassment campaign by following the individual everywhere they go. Repeated flying over the home 10-20 times a day with engine of aircraft turned up to psychologically distress the target. There is documentation readily available on the Internet discussing the effects on individuals and the community from abusive plane sounds. That same documentation also discusses flight activities that increase the abuse level of the sound effects experienced by those on the ground below.
FAA, pilot organizations, the Jeppesen pilot textbook, all have written about minimizing the impact of abusive aircraft sounds on the community.
Please write your legislators and demand an investigation. Please also sign the petition to Congress. Please write your legislators federal and state and demand an investigation. Didn’t read comments, but saw the video of the family you showed. All neighbors were our corrupt gov’t. They tried to put up aluminum roof pieces angled around their house to bounce it back. They had been confined in their house which was surrounded in a “U” shape to increase the direct rays. They had burns, red eyes, etc. They were sleeping under thermal blankets and living in them during the day.. showed where the blankets had burn spots on them. True stuff.

Some of these people are clones. Listen to Phil Schneider lectures. They are cloning people in the Deep Underground Military Bases. Some are people that have Brain Scan Chip Implants that are controling them. They work with the controler because they have no idea how to defeat the technology. There are many factors that are connected but first you should listen to William Cooper’s lectures. He knew that 9-11 was going to happen in 1996. Wake up People..

I’m convinced that they used microwaves on the ppl, during tornado in Joplin, possibly to steer tornado. Afterwards, secret morgue was set up, because the ppl had been cooked, and they would not be able to explain why. Then some survivors were said to have contracted a fungus, where their skin turned black, and they later died. This was because the skin had been damaged underneath, like a microwave cooks from inside first, and then skin died on top. Cont….

Funny… My hands are getting small blisters and some discoloring…. cell phones work with the same microwave tech, and they can cause a lot of the same problems.

I’m not into “conspiracy theories” but I do see too many unexplainable deaths. A sudden epidemic of brain cancer tumors in news reporters and liberal politicians which are a know side effect of exposure to electromagnetic radiation, mysterious plane crashes like the one that killed Democrat Congressmen Nick Begich and Hale Boggs in 1972 who questioned the accuracy of the Warren Commission in 1971 on whether or not there was a US Gov’t conspiracy to assassinate JFK. Then Paul Wellstone who stood against the Iraq War and the Patriot Act dies when his airplane inexplicably falls out of the sky 5 miles before landing. Then Ted Kennedy is diagnosed with brain cancer, disturbing “coincidences”?

EXCELLENT, short, to the point and no religious jibber-jabber would of been nice if you could of high lighted the fact, an it is FACT that the two guys picking up the shot guy where not only civilians but an everyday family with their kids with em in the car came round the corner don’t know whats going on an just like you or me see someone bleeding and dying the in street and try an do the right thing by attempting to take em the the hospital. couple years back they were using planes in my area, now they’re using trains in the middle of the night and recently I heard a them honk the horn continuosly for about 4min. as if there was a near accident.

Cont…I listened to a meteorologic conference video, (has since been removed from YT), where the scientist was speaking of mitigating a tornado’s effects using microwaves, but they would have to be careful, NOT to cook the people.

apparently this is “their” plan we get used to violence and killing ztad so many types of video games fps my siblings playing shooting games and as you said about the black and white camera przypomialo I like in this game almost identical shot in August and flew to the enemy it all has its purpose and reflected in the psyche of kids

I’m a TI and suspect EM radiation emanating from a nearby apartment. Using an AM radio I detected strange intermittent beeps and pulses and a ticking noises around 600 or so on the AM dial. Beeps get louder as I get nearer to the suspected apartment. Thoughts?
